Hi. I’m in Hong Kong. There is a bit of good riding out here but not that much. You do what you can. The Hyperduc is perfect here. No need to worry about fuel range or the hard seat. Let me know how you go at PP
Thats great. There will be a few superdukes, Bmw hp2, bmw megamotos, 990 adventures and Buell TT,s racing against me at the race. I am really happy with the hypermotard. It amazes me how well this bike can be backed into a corner. Where do you live? Is there alot of good riding there?
I use to have a Superduke. Traded it for a Hypermotard. No regrets at all. It’s my first Ducati and I’m enjoying every ride I have on it Looks like you guys are as well
New cam, Terminoni pipe, slipper clutch. Race Tech did the suspension. We softened up the valving to help get a little more grip in the dirt. But yes it is stock for the most part, and the stuff we changed has been all aftermarket parts from Ducati.
Okay.. Thanks for the info…
Have you done other modifications to bike than the tires.. Sounds pretty stock ?
Looks like a Race-Tec sticker on the fork ? Other springs ?
I rode with road racing rain tires. Because the race is about 50% dirt and 50 % asphalt you have to make a compromise on tires. A dirt tire would give up to much on the fast asphalt section, and a slick is tough on the dirt. You are going to love that bike, tons of fun!
Did you ride the Hyper one the stock Pirellis or was it with dirt tires.. ?
I live in Denmark, Europe.. Im looking forward to get my hyper within the next couple of months.
Thanks for checking this video out. The three bikes I was chasing were the Aprilla team rider Davey Durelle, and KTM mounted Gary Trachy and Jeff Grace all champions at Pikes Peak. I was absolutely amazed by what the Hyper would do in the dirt. The race is July 20th and the factory Buell team is bringing flattrack champs Johhny Murphree and Joe Kopp so it should be a good race check back for footage and results. Where do you live? Where do you ride? Cheers Greg Tracy

Hehe.. You have some trouble keeping up with those motards
Well, the hyper is not for those conditions, but it does it very well…
I just love the bike.. !
